is a certified/accredited 5Rhythms Teacher & Spaceholder (a journey that took a decade) and has been holding exquisite spaces in this practice since 2018. The 5Rhythms has been the healing modality that allowed her to finally resolve the trauma of violation that had impacted most of her days. After decades of therapy, it was the somatic listening to the body that actually offered the key to relief & rebirth. It is her greatest joy to share this beloved practice with any human curious about conscious movement practices & learning to trust their instincts again. You can learn more about her 5Rhythms work at www.wyldlee.com . She also holds a variety of other modalities that are used in service to liberation for women - www.wyldfempyre.com
Somatics, Safety & Being Seen We will explore the power of the pack through curiosity, sharing & embodiment practices. Through investigating the animal body, movement & our continuous connection with those around us, guests will discover how important their own nervous system regulation is in creating a safe enough experience for their clients. When we learn to be more honest & transparent with what is happening on the inside of us, we automatically create a more felt sense of safety for those in our care. When we give time to exploring our inner wilderness, it helps others feel more comfortable in our authentic presence.
“Between the head and feet of any given person is a billion miles of unexplored wilderness.” Gabrielle Roth
